Do you handle export documentation?

Yes — fully in-house. Every shipment ships with: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (with FTA preference where applicable), Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety declarations, and compliance certificates for the destination market.

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms for new clients: 30% advance, 70% before shipment. We also accept Letters of Credit (LC) at sight, and bank wire transfer (TT). Repeat clients can negotiate to 50/50 or 30/30/40 terms based on order history.
